the conservatory was lovely and accommodated a celebration. the events manager helped with room choices for our guests and a detailed menu plan.
the staff seemed a bit distracted when another group arrived and pudding was not replenished immediately.

The room size was quite generous, contributing to a relaxed stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening meals, particularly the expertly prepared dishes (everything was tasty!). The staff were attentive and warm, always ready to assist with any request.

the public rooms had beautiful interior design. the gardens were nicely planted and tended. reception staff were helpful (i found them to be very friendly).
my room overlooked the carpark. i heard a loud buzzing noise coming from the wall. the receptionist found me a fan heater to help keep warm that first night.
